Pre-owned. 2-tip. Plastic on the cork, but the rod was very obviosuly fished like this for a while, as the cork beneath the plastic is still fairly dirty, and there are some light scuffs on the ferrules and reel seat hardware. There is one chip in the painted finish on the tip-mid section below the male ferrule. Original tube included.
