Ordering Information

Orders can be placed 24-hours a day, 7 days a week on our secure website. Your order will be confirmed immediately via e-mail, and will be processed in the order that it was received. Most will ship within 1 business day. All expedited orders placed before 4pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same business day (please refer to our days of operation and shipping policies below).

Domestic Shipping - USA

We offer FREE Standard shipping on orders over $50 *Excludes heavy/oversized items, sale items, and vintage tackle. FREE 2-Day shipping offered on select rods and reels.

Orders with Standard shipping will be sent via USPS First Class, or UPS Ground at a flat rate of $7.95. *Oversized items may be higher, calculated at checkout.

By selecting Express shipping your order will be processed next in line in the queue. All Express orders will ship on or within the next business day they are received. True Next Day Delivery is available for non-oversized/heavy items at a flat rate of $49.95 (see days of operation above).

Our primary carriers are USPS and UPS, however, we are also able to ship via FedEx. If a particular shipping service is preferred from one of these 3 carriers please make a note when placing your order, and we will gladly accomodate your request. *Buyer pays any additional cost.

Please Note that actual transit times may vary from those listed at checkout: these are ESTIMATES and not guaranteed. If you require your items to be delivered by a certain date, please be sure to specify when placing your order. We will do our best to make sure that it reaches you in time but may need to adjust the shipping service if you have a specific deadline. International Orders/Shipping

We are happy to sell and ship items world-wide. All countries we ship to, as well as estimated transit times are listed at Checkout.

FREE Economy shipping is offered for orders over $395 *this excludes heavy/oversized items, sale items, and vintage tackle.

For all other orders, customers may choose between, Economy, Standard, and Express International shipping.

Economy orders ship via USPS First Class International (insured with NO Tracking). Standard orders via USPS Priority International (insured with tracking). Express orders ship via USPS Priority Express International (insured with tracking). We reserve the right to use UPS instead if the cost is significantly less.

Please note that international parcels are subject to possible delays that are out of our control. The transit times listed at checkout are ESTIMATES and not guaranteed.

*The Bear's Den is not responsible for any taxes or fees levied by the customer's country. International customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties. UK Customers: A 20% Value-Added-Tax (VAT) will be added to your order so that your package will clear customs.

Returns & Exchanges

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are ever unsatisfied with a product purchased from the Bear's Den, for any reason, simply contact us for an Return Authorization within 10 days of receiving your order, and return the item(s) in “like-new” condition with the original packaging for a full refund, credit, or exchange.

TO MAKE A RETURN:
Please contact us prior to returning an item to receive a return authorization. An invoice or note should be included explaining the reason for the return and how you would like to be credited. Also be sure to include your name and phone number in case there are any questions. We will gladly issue a refund, credit, or exchange.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used. Notification of returns should be made within 10 days. Returns made after 10 days and ANY non-stocked / special order items are subject to a 10-15% restocking fee. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 508-977-0700, or email for a return authorization number.

Please be sure to use USPS, UPS, or FedEx with Delivery confirmation to be sure that the parcel is delivered safely back to us. We cannot be responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

*If your order was shipped for free, or with discounted shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the credit received.
