Pre-owned. Feels like it would cast a 4wt well. Down locking band seat. Excellent ferrule fit. A minor set in the butt section, and sets in both tips that are noticeable but not drastic. One tip more noticeable than the other. The wraps and finish are very clean. Discoloration on the cork, but it is solid and intact. Aluminum tube included.
