The most effective fish catching zone in the majority of lakes is within the top 6 feet of the water column. RIO’s Sub-surface lake series fly lines are deadly effective on windy days and when fishing in shallow bays, close to lake shores and over the top of weed beds. Each line is built with a supple coldwater core and coating and features a welded loop in the front for fast rigging.

A stealthy clear-camo colored intermediate sinking fly line with a sink rate of between 1.5 and 2.0 inches per second. With numerous subtle colors, this line is a super stealthy option that will blend in with a variety of different water colors and conditions. This line is ideal when stealth is required for wary fish and is made on a low memory supple core with a coldwater coating. It features a welded loop on the front end for fast rigging.
