International Orders/Shipping
We are happy to sell and ship items world wide. International customers are welcome to pay with credit card or VERIFIED PayPal accounts. When shipping out of the United States, we use USPS. International customers can use the link at the end of the shopping cart to estimate shipping. The USPS offers Priority International (4-10 business days) and Express International (3-5 business days). The prices listed in the shopping cart are for flat rate envelopes. Both services offer insurance and tracking. We will charge actual shipping costs. Customer's will be notified before shipping if the cost exceeds $20. Further requirements may be entered into the comments box during checkout.
The Bear's Den is not responsible for any taxes or fees levied by the customer's country. International customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties.

Returns
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used. Notification of returns should be made within 7 days. Returns made after 7 days and ANY non-stocked / special order items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 508-977-0700, or e-mail for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. Returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number or they will not be honored.

However, The Bear's Den will never share, give away, or sell your personal information. All personal information collected by The Bear's Den is used only for order fulfillment and internal marketing purposes only.
